Not every piece of spaghetti thrown against the wall sticks.<\/p>\n

Such is the case with Fiorella Pasta Bar at Durango Casino. The restaurant’s last day of service will be March 27, 2026.<\/p>\n

The casino says blah blah “part of the larger food and beverage strategy” blah blah “evaluating the offerings” blah blah “within the food hall” blah blah. Translation: It wasn’t successful, despite being from a respected chef, Marc Vetri.<\/p>\n

Durango’s Eat Your Heart Out food hall has some solid offerings, and by that we mean everything but Prince Street Pizza and the oyster place, but that’s mostly because oysters are nature’s phlegm.<\/p>\n

Otherwise, solid.<\/p>\n

Fiorella Pasta Bar was quite good, but doesn’t appear to have been a fit for a food court.<\/p>\n

First time trying Osteria Fiorella @RedRockCasino<\/a> and it was excellent despite there being a lot of words on the menu we didn’t recognize. No chicken parm, but nobody’s perfect.
