There are so many Cirque du Soleil shows in Las Vegas, it’s hard to keep track of them all. Here, then, is our convenient one-minute guide to all the Cirque shows in Las Vegas, past and present.<\/p>\n

“O” at Bellagio<\/strong><\/p>\n

The water one.<\/p>\n

We’re just getting started, and we’re already sort of creeped out.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

“The Beatles Love” at The Mirage<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Beatles one.<\/p>\n

The Love theater at The Mirage has 6,341 speakers, which drives the people with OCD asbsolutely crazy.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

“Zumanity” at New York-New York<\/strong><\/p>\n

The meh one, but with boobs.<\/p>\n

It’s supposed to be all about sex, but it’s sort of about sex the way mitosis is about sex.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Note: “Zumanity” has closed permanently. It’s final show was March 14, 2020. See “Mad Apple” below.<\/p>\n

“Zarkana” at Aria<\/strong><\/p>\n

Another closed one.<\/p>\n

“K\u00e0” at MGM Grand<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Asian-themed one.<\/p>\n

“Ka” is easy to remember because it’s named after the sound a chihuahua makes when it eats too quickly.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

“Le R\u00eave” at Wynn Las Vegas<\/strong><\/p>\n

The closed one that wasn’t a Cirque show.<\/p>\n

“Michael Jackson One” at Mandalay Bay<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Viva Elvis,” Formerly at Aria<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Mystere” at Treasure Island<\/strong><\/p>\n

The one we get mixed up with “K\u00e0.”<\/p>\n

“Mystere” was originally planned for Caesars Palace, based upon Roman mythology. It was deemed too financially risky. Good call, there.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Criss Angel’s “Mindfreak Live” at Planet Hollywood<\/strong><\/p>\n

The one where you demand a refund. Kidding! It’s been retooled. And trust us, “tool” is the operative term here.<\/p>\n

There’s barely any Cirque left in the new incarnation of Criss Angel’s show. If only there were less Criss Angel screaming at the top of his lungs for no particular reason.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

“Blue Man Group”<\/strong><\/p>\n

The one you didn’t expect to see on this list. That’s right, Luxor’s “Blue Man Group” was purchased by Cirque du Soleil in July 2017.<\/p>\n

Quirky. Funny. Rhythmic. Earless. “Blue Man Group” is a Vegas must-see.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

We hope that helps keep all the Cirque du Soleil shows in Las Vegas straight.<\/p>\n

As for our favorites, “Mystere” and “O” are reliably impressive. Just don’t try to figure out the plots<\/a>. It’s a French-Canadian thing.<\/p>\n

Update (11\/12\/21): “Amystika” is not a Cirque show, but looks like it could be. That’s because Franco Dragone (the guy behind “O” and “Mystere”) is involved.<\/p>\n

The other one that isn’t a a Cirque show, and don’t spend any time learning to pronounce it, it won’t be around long.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

“Mad Apple” at New York-New York<\/strong><\/p>\n

The one that wants to be “Absinthe.”<\/p>\n
