Who doesn&#8217;t love seeing a tent pitched, an giant erection and things being laid? It&#8217;s Las Vegas. Translation: You can&#8217;t afford it.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>What else have the music festival elves been up to?<\/p>\n<p>Another of the three stages is going up.
