2. How to Install Online Casino Software

You'd think that a full online casino suite with hundreds of online casino games - like online slots, blackjack, roulette, video poker, and more - would eat up a lot of hard drive space and require a complicated installation process. That couldn't be further from the truth.

1) Find a Casino

First, you'll need to find an online casino website that appeals to you. Use the Casino.Org Internet casino guide to discover a site that offers the games you want to play and a bonus that works for you. When you've found a site you like, click the Play Now button next to the site description.

2) Start the Download

For this example, we'll use the popular online casino Spin Palace. While the installation process differs slightly from online casino to online casino, the basics are the same. When you arrive at the site, click the Play Now button. Again, this might be called Download Now or Register Now, depending on the online casino you're choosing to play at.

3) Permission

A File Download Security Warning popup will appear. Don't be alarmed. This is a standard Microsoft Windows popup asking you for permission to run the installer. If you've downloaded any type of software from the Internet, you've likely already seen this warning. If you've downloaded the online casino software using one of our links, you can remain confident that the software is reputable. Go ahead and click Run.

If you only get the option to save the file simply click save and the installer will be downloaded to your computer. Then double click the file in the download box or find the file on your computer, it will usually be in a folder called 'Downloads' or on your desktop.

4) Downloading

As the online casino software downloads, the popup will count down the amount of time left. This could be anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes, depending on your Internet connection speed.

Different casinos have differing sizes of downloads, they are all pretty quick to download though and if you've a fast internet connection they may appear to have downloaded instantly.

5) Install the Software

Once the online casino software has finished downloading, you'll be asked if you want to run the software. Again, if you've downloaded the online casino software using our links, the software has been verified by us as being safe, so you know you can trust it. Go ahead and click Run.

Clicking Run will launch the install process, you'll be guided through install which wont take long at all.

6) Launch the Casino Software

The online casino software will now launch. At some casinos, you'll be taken to a registration screen. At other casinos, you'll be asked to log in. At Spin Palace, you'll need to click the Install Casino button to begin installing the casino games and to accept the End User License Agreement.

Once the casino software has been properly installed on your computer you should see an icon on your desktop for the casino, in future double click this to launch the casino.

Mac Users and Instant Play Casinos

Note for Mac users and those who don't want to download: Most online casinos offer an Instant Play version of their online casino software. You'll get full access to casino games like blackjack, baccarat, roulette, online slots, video poker, and more - without having to download. Here's how to access it.

1) Click Play Now

Use the Play Now links on the Casino.Org website to navigate to your preferred casino.

There's a wide choice of casinos, the vast majority of which have a no download/instant play version that works on Mac computers.

2) Choose Instant Play

Instead of clicking Play Now, look for a link or button labeled Instant Play or Flash Casino. At some Internet casinos online, you'll see a large, clickable button. At other casinos like Spin Palace, the Flash Casino label is a hyperlink at the top right of the page. When you find the link or button, click it.

Some casinos will automatically detect if you're using a Mac and direct you to their now download casino. Of course if you're a PC user and don't want to download software you are free to use the instant play version too.

3) Load the Casino

You'll see a Loading screen, letting you know that the flash casino is getting started. The style and text on the screen varies from casino site to casino site.

The casino should load pretty quickly, though it will depend partly on how fast your internet connection is.

4) Log in and Play

The flash casino will load. Click Connect to log in to your account. Or, create a new one if you don't yet have one.

Once you've registered you'll be able to access all the games quickly form the lobby. Click the game you want to play and it will take a few seconds to load, then you're ready to play.
