Top 100 Most-Used Words By Redditors:
How To Use Some Of The Language
According to Urban Dictionary, “A chode is a penis that is wider than it is longer.”
Here’s an example of how you’d use it in r/wallstreetbets:
Definition: “The act of baring one’s anus to a party as a sign of defiance.”
Usage in WSB refers to stock rising so high that it reaches the moon – nothing to do with butts.
Definition: “Adjective used to describe one so retarded, they do not deserve the ‘re’.”
When comparing the two forums, it’s almost as if WSB uses a totally different language.
The “stonk”, “f*cktards” and moon references are very much a part of r/wallstreetbets culture and a far cry from the likes of “subprime” “centralize” and “discontinuation” of r/investing.
Whether you’ve been following the GameStop story or not, we hope this has given you a bit more insight into the WSB community.
